TJ was first introduced to chiropractic while doing work experience with a club physiotherapist at a local rugby club in North London. Here, athletes shared their positive experiences of chiropractic, sparking his curiosity and eagerness to learn more about what chiropractors do. He soon realised that chiropractic care is far more than ‘just cracking backs’ and this ignited a passion for the profession that has driven him forward ever since.
TJ graduated from AECC University College in 2024 after completing four years of study, including a 12-month internship. He utilises a range of diversified adjustment techniques, including extremity adjustments, muscle release work, and taping, to address a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal issues. He develops individualised management plans that focus on short-term symptom relief and long-term preventative measures.
With a special interest in treating sports injuries, TJ is always eager to try new sports to better understand their demands and the potential for injury. Currently, his sporting interests include tennis, cricket, and volleyball.
During his internship, his commitment to sports chiropractic was recognised on an international level, with TJ being one of only four recipients worldwide, to be awarded a scholarship by the Fédération Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport (FICS), for his contributions to the field.
TJ continues to build his expertise through postgraduate education and is currently working towards his international diploma in sports chiropractic.
